Meet our Executive Board Members


Joel Sauceda

President & CEO of JB Internet Holdings Corp.

Joel is a self made entrepreneur who got his start in the direct marketing industry at the age of 19. Known as the "Dot Com Guy", Joel has broken multiple records in the Online marketing industry and is responsible for multi-million dollars in Online revenues over the past 12 years. Joel has launched and sustained numerous Online and off-line ventures in his 21 year business career to include BigValueDepot.com, an Online market place that caters to the hundreds of millions of Online buyers and sellers. Joel is also responsible for procuring and developing the AdPlotter technology that is in the process of being patented. This technology is the first web based ad "multi-poster" ever created and has been in beta test for the past 14 months.

Joel is the father of two teen aged children and resides in San Antonio Texas. Joel is a former Air Force Reservist and Texas Air National Guardsman. Joel's second passion besides Internet marketing and business is supporting causes that benefit wounded warriors and their families. Joel is also and avid cyclist with a passion for health and wellness.


Brad Harris

JB Internet Holdings Inc. VP of Operations

Brad Harris is the Co-Founder of JB Internet Holdings INC and its subsidiary companies. While maintaining the roll of Corporate Financial Officer, he has also been responsible for the roll out and development for all of the Online operating platforms of JB Internet's subsidiary companies.

Prior to the inception of JB Internet Holdings Inc. and its subsidiary companies in 2004. Brad was a leading Online marketer for multiple direct sales Multi Level Marketing and affiliate companies. He has also owned and operated other companies in the real estate investment industry as well as the construction and contracting industry.

Brad holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale as well as a Masters degree in Economics from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Prior to transferring to Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, he also earned an associate in arts degree from Lincoln Land Community college and also attended Sangamon State University.



Arthur L. Smith

Art has over 21 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries with a specialization in international markets. By the age of 36, Art had taken the first company he founded, ATSI Communications, Inc. (ATSI), to the American Stock Exchange and a market value of over $400 million.  A start-up operation in 1994, ATSI grew to over $65 million in annual revenue by 2000 by focusing on cross-border markets with an emphasis on the lucrative telecommunications corridor between the USA and Mexico. Between 1999 and 2009, ATSI was a three-time recipient of Deloitte and Touche's Fast 500 Award for recognition as one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. As CEO of ATSI, Art also co-founded Globalscape, Inc. in 1996 as a subsidiary of ATSI.  Globalscape is a leading provider of Internet-based information exchange solutions whose flagship product is CuteFTP, a file transfer application for both home and professional use.  As Chairman of the Board of Globalscape, Art led the Company's strategic and business development efforts from inception through its growth strategy that resulted in a listing on a public stock exchange. With a current market cap of over $25 million, Globalscape trades on the NYSE under the symbol GSB.  Art is currently President and CEO of Shift8 Technologies, Inc., a cloud communication provider serving domestic and international markets with specialized VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) applications and cloud telephony services.

Art is a devoted husband and father of three children.  Besides dedicating his personal time to his family, Art is an avid runner participating in marathon and half-marathon events on a regular basis.


Richard R. Crow, Jr. , J.D. “Rick”

Rick is an attorney, entrepreneur and real estate broker. He has a marketing degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He has 25 years of experience in the sales, marketing and advertising industries. He has also found a passion for real estate and has been working in that industry for 7 years. Currently he practices law in San Antonio as a partner in his own firm. He sits on several boards and has a keen insight into businesses and emerging markets. As an owner of several small businesses he understands the value of hard work and building relationships. Rick’s most recent involvement is in a fledgling margarita mix called Agave Explosion that has seen a great deal of movement and growth over the past two years since his involvement. Rick enjoys a healthy lifestyle that enjoys biking, and soccer.

Doug Saathoff

CFO / Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Saathoff recently joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer after assisting the Company with creating their financial planning roadmap. Most recently, Doug served as the President and Managing Member of Video River Networks LLC, a producer and seller of IPTV equipment and services formed in January 2011, until the company’s assets were purchased in March 2015. From January 2003 until January 2011, Doug was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Nighthawk Systems, Inc. Nighthawk was a publicly traded company (OTCBB: NIHK) until it voluntarily withdrew from public reporting requirements in August 2009. While at Nighthawk, he spearheaded revenue growth of 500% and established a long-term funding relationship with a $100 million investment fund. Nighthawk was that fund’s top performing portfolio company in 2007. From June 1994 to July 2002, he served as Chief Financial Officer for ATSI Communications, Inc.(AMEX: AI) as well as a Board Member of ATSI's publicly traded subsidiary, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (Amex: GSB) from April 1997 through June 2002. ATSI raised over $60 million in debt and equity financing from both individuals and institutions during Doug's tenure, and moved from the Canadian OTC market to the U.S. OTC market and eventually to a listing on the American Stock Exchange in February 2000. ATSI grew from a San Antonio-based start-up with 11 employees to an international operation with 500+ employees and operations in the U.S., Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador with annual revenues in excess of $60 million. He was instrumental in the acquisition of subsidiaries and customer bases, as well as the divestiture of GlobalSCAPE in June 2002. Prior to joining ATSI, Doug served as the Accounting Manager, Controller and Financial Reporting Manager for U.S. Long Distance Corp. from 1990 to 1993. Doug also served as Senior Staff Accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co. where he planned, supervised and implemented audits for clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, oil & gas and financial services. Doug graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
